  1. IMPORT AN ARCHIVIST FILE

  4. Using this option, you can merge the content of another Archivist file in the working Archivist file. This can be done even if the external Archivist file was generated by another version of The Archivist.

  6. You cannot stop this importation process, thus you must first make sure you have enough space on your hard disk. The whole process is slow because of the complexity of the programmation but it is much quicker than rewriting all those precious documents.

  8. Good time to take a glass of milk!

  10. At the end, you may confirm the destruction of the external Archivist file whose documents have been imported.
